I offer psychotherapy for individuals, families, and couples who are ready to feel more connected—to themselves and to each other. I am certified in Integrative Mental Health, which means I take a holistic approach to therapy. My work blends traditional talk therapy with integrative approaches like Internal Family Systems (IFS), somatic practices, mindfulness, and EFT tapping.
In addition to therapy sessions, I also host workshops and experiences (think: connection, play, nervous system regulation, and sometimes cacao or sound baths).

Therapy here isn’t one-size-fits-all or clipboard-heavy. I’m a licensed clinical social worker certified in Integrative Mental Health, which means I look at the whole picture—your mind, body, nervous system, lifestyle, and lived experience—not just your thoughts or symptoms.
Being a little crunchy deeply impacts how I work. We talk about sleep, nourishment, stress, boundaries, relationships, and how your body holds what your mind may not yet have words for. Sessions may include talk therapy, somatic awareness, parts work (IFS), EFT tapping, mindfulness, essential oils, herbal teas, and practical tools you can actually use in real life.
I believe healing happens when you feel safe, seen, and supported—not rushed or pathologized. We go at your pace, with curiosity, compassion, and a little humor along the way. It’s meaningful, deep work—but it doesn’t have to feel heavy all the time.

I operate as a private-pay practice and do not accept insurance directly. That said, I’m happy to provide a superbill, which is a detailed receipt you can submit to your insurance company for out-of-network (OON) reimbursement.
Some clients receive partial or full reimbursement depending on their plan. I recommend calling your insurance provider to ask about out-of-network mental health benefits so there are no surprises. Think of it as paying upfront, then letting insurance reimburse you later (when applicable).

There’s no set timeline—because you’re not a checklist. Therapy looks different for everyone. Some people come in with a specific goal, others are untangling deeper patterns that took years to form.
My goal is not to keep you in therapy forever, but to help you get to the root causes, build insight, and develop tools that support long-term healing, growth, and self-trust. We’ll regularly check in to make sure the work feels aligned, meaningful, and empowering.
